Thanks - I found this very moving. The story of Ershkigal and Ianna is also one of my favourites- so much to say about descending and women’s experience. Like you I work with the dying- do you still? Teaches me so much about living.

Yes I work in a public hospital in palliative care. This is the book

Yes. I have heard the threshold choir where I live in Australia and they are beautiful. Great work . Have you read the Hospicing Modernity? I am looking forward to reading it.

I do. I’m a Threshold singer. For me, right now, the archetype is about the death and hopeful rebirth of our culture. We are in it.
